carbs, protein and fat get processed through your liver before entering the bloodstream…but fat goes directly through your heart before heading to your liver (why people die of a heart attack/heart disease from eating fatty food)… you might lose weight by taking in/burning off calories, but all the fat your taking in WILL destroy your heart and shorten your life by several years…just an FYI

he isnt eating very much so of course he isnt going to gain weight..its the classic calories in vs calories out..and just by living, thinking and moving you are burning calories..so if you take in just what you need or burn a few your not going to gain weight
sometimrs the more calories u consume the faster your metabolism gets. try cutting carbs. thats what i do 1 month before summer to get crazy cut, but trhe food is pricey. meats eggs, nuts, vegtables, no fruits, bread, or milk though. u dont need to exercise when u cut carbs but yummy fastfood is limited to the burger patties and nuggets only
