is it safe for a man to try this exercise?
Am I wrong or did you legs get slimmer? Did you drop heavier exercises or added stretching?
as far as I know you have to breathe OUT when you’re performing the action (when you lift your legs) and breathe IN when you return to the starting position. It’s not only better for the blood flow and thus the oxygen supply to your body parts, but it also helps, cause when you are lifting your legs you are building up tension in your abdomen and you dont want extra tension from you thorax.
